Intimate venue in Camden for unique performances
The Camden Chapel is one the London’s most special live music venues. Situated in an old chapel that dates back to the 1950s, right opposite Camden Square (a few doors down from where Amy Winehouse used to live), it’s a beautiful space with a special feel.
The venue allows for artists to perform to a 40-capacity audience, the venue allows for intimate, listening grassroots live music. No phones, no talking, just listening to the performer.
The Camden Chapel is on the top floor of The London Irish Centre in Camden Town. When you arrive, you enter into a lovely bar area where music fans meet before heading up to The Chapel.
The regular music performances are hosted by TalentBanq featuring some of the best upcoming acts as well as very established performers too.
James Gamble from TalentBanq says, “The Camden Chapel is a small but beautiful venue, tucked away in Camden Square, which presents new, up and coming and artists, very often playing their first London headline show. The bar is downstairs and so once the gig starts, the musicians receive the full attention of the room, creating hugely intimate and memorable experiences for both audiences and artists alike. It is the perfect venue for discovering your new favourite artist!”
