A venue full of Madness!
The Dublin Castle music venue in Camden Town was established as a pub for the Irish railway workers in the area, and in the 1970s started to become a recognised music venue with the live performances by bands like Madness.
The traditional pub at the front, and music venue through the door at the rear has had an influence on UK music, having being a part of the Britpop revolution and was often visited by Amy Winehouse.
It’s just two minutes away from Camden Town station, and a regular place for locals to see up-and-coming live acts.
