We’re a fan of good restaurants in Camden Town, and having tried most (all?) of them over the years there are many that stand out. One of them is Bintang on Kentish Town Road.
Bintang, a Filipino Pan-Asian restaurant in Camden Town blends Filipino, Indonesian, and Japanese cuisine. The comfortable atmosphere features dark wood finishings and a relaxing ambiance.
The menu has many mouth-watering options, from the starters to the curries. Try the Bintang Curry with Prawn, lemongrass, lime leaf, galangal, tamarind, coconut milk. For vegetarians and vegans, the Ulek red curry, aubergine, scotch bonnet, mangosteen, coconut milk is delicious and gluten free too.
Bintang has been in the Camden and Kentish Town area for quite a few years and continues to serve up tasty dishes. There’s a secret garden at the back too, perfect for those warmer evenings.
